In this season of harvest, we are excited to celebrate a significant milestone! Since we were honored to enter into an annual cooperation with NIO at the beginning of the year, after months of hard work, we have successfully completed seven store renovation projects of "NIO - Letao".

1.标准高：蔚来-乐道产品能力口碑好，对客户体验要求严格，设计和工艺细节引领行业发展。

High standards: Both NIO - Letao have a good reputation for product capabilities. They have strict requirements for customer experience, and their design and technological details lead the development of the industry.

2.体量小：为控制成本，门店面积小，最小约 100㎡，对施工团队组织效率挑战大。

Small scale: To control costs, the store areas are small, with the minimum being approximately 100 square meters, which poses a great challenge to the organizational efficiency of the construction team.

3.时间紧：深化设计及施工周期一般在 45 天内，紧急项目 30 天内，施工环境多在商场，限制复杂。如南京华采店，40 天完成 233㎡的深化设计和施工，克服诸多困难。

Tight schedules: The period for detailed design and construction is generally within 45 days, and within 30 days for urgent projects. The construction environment is mostly in shopping malls, with complex restrictions. For example, in Nanjing Huacai Store, the detailed design and construction of 233 square meters were completed within 40 days, overcoming numerous difficulties.

1.成果导向、沙盘推演：组织团队考察学习业主样板房和上海门店，了解管理规范与技术标准，与优秀门店施工管理人员交流，优化自身管理流程。

Result-oriented and sand table deduction: Organize the team to conduct inspection and study on the model rooms of the owners and the stores in Shanghai, understand the management regulations and technical standards, communicate with the excellent store construction management personnel, and optimize our own management processes.

2.前后统筹、无缝衔接：接派单后迅速勘察现场，一周内完成深化图纸，同时制定各类计划确保项目推进，以南京华采店 40 天施工进度计划为例说明。

Overall planning before and after, seamless connection: After receiving the order, quickly survey the site, complete the detailed drawings within one week, and simultaneously formulate various plans to ensure the progress of the project. Take the 40 - day construction schedule of Nanjing Huacai Store as an example for illustration.

3.细致入微、精益求精：设计工程一体化团队发挥优势，梳理图纸细节并内部交圈审核，施工进场后培训人员，识别质量控制难点并组织样板点评。

Meticulous and constantly striving for perfection: The integrated design - engineering team gives play to its advantages,combs the details of the drawings and conducts internal cross - checking and review. After the construction commences, personnel are trained, and difficulties in quality control are identified and sample reviews are organized.

4.客户至上、积极响应：蔚来团队专业敬业，作为总包单位积极响应业主指令，统筹协调确保项目各环节衔接与运作高效。

Customer first, active response: The NIO team is professional and dedicated. As the general contractor, it actively responds to the instructions of the owners, coordinates and ensures the efficient connection and operation of each link of the project.

从客户体验出发，设计和工艺细节精益求精，引领着行业不断向前发展。

Starting from the customer experience, continuous improvements are made in design and technological details, leading the continuous development of the industry.

无论是店内的装饰布局，还是功能区域的划分，都经过了反复的推敲与打磨，旨在为消费者带来前所未有的购车与服务体验。

Whether it is the decorative layout within the store or the division of functional areas, everything has gone through repeated deliberation and refinement, aiming to offer consumers an unprecedented car - buying and service experience.
